Baked Brie in Phyllo
1 (6 inch) round of brie
8-10 sheets phyllo
4 or more T. melted butter
3/4 cup apricot jam
French Bread
Brush each sheet of phyllo dough with the butter and stack up on cooking sheet. Spread half the jam on last sheet and put brie on top. Spread remaining jam on the top of brie. Wrap up bringing edges of dough up over brie and squeeze together one layer at a time using the butter to seal the ‘package’. (Can freeze.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. and let sit for 20 min. Serve with French bread.
