Cheese croutons for chicken soup
Grated parmesan cheese eggs parsley chopped fine
Mixed together to a dough like consistency
Make an adequate amount for the amount of soup you are making
Put mixture on cookie sheet making it about 3/4 “thick
Cook to a golden brown 350 degrees watch the color, it looks like bread
If cooked too thin or is over cooked it becomes too hard
Using scissors cut it into strips and cut the strips into very very tiny pieces
Can be made ahead and frozen
