How to Order

Most of my pieces are one-of-a–kind and available on a first come first serve basis.

Call me at 360 966-7628 (WA) between 9am and 7pm PST, or

Email me the title, number and kind of work you wish to purchase (Ex: Skeleton Mermaid #N206 sterling necklace)

A hold will be placed on this piece. Payment must be received in 5 days. (see Terms below)

Include in your email:

• Title, number, and kind of work
• Name and address for shipping
• Your method of payment (see below)
• Any questions you may have about the piece

I will reply to your email with availability and total cost including shipping, insurance and tax if applicable. My address will be included in this email unless you are using PayPal.

Do not email or send credit card information. It would not be secure. Credit card payments must made through PayPal.

PayPal: Please contact me to reserve the item first. Click the button below to pay with PayPal. Enter the title and number of the piece in the Description field. Your Unit Price is the amount stated in my return email to you. A PayPal account is not necessary to pay with a credit card. Be sure to email me with any further questions before you pay.

Checks: Please contact me to reserve the item first. Personal checks or money orders accepted. Items shipped after checks clear – about 12 days.

WA residents pay 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Cost will be stated in my email to you. I ship USPS priority insured. PayPal orders shipped to confirmed addresses only. PayPal and money orders shipped with in 2-3 days.

Full refund if the piece is received within 2 weeks of shipping date in original condition. (Refund does not include your return shipping.) Please email first with reason for return.

Sterling necklaces are made on demand from plates I have etched with my artwork. These pieces ship within a week of paid order.
